Outdoor WiFi enclosure

An enclosure for a dual band WiFi accespoint. Designed to enclose a 2,4 GHz antenna or a 5 GHz antenna. Mounting options for a soekris board type 4826 or type 4526 Space for water tight RJ45 and/or N-type connector at the bottom of the enclosure Stainless steel wall or pole mount options, IP65 water tight for reliable WiFi connections.
 

Smart Attenuator PCB

This PCB is designed to allow 100mW WiFi equipment to be legally used in the Netherlands. Maximum transmit power including antenna gain (EIRP) is 20 dBm. The attenuator PCB reduce the transmit power of a Wifi transmitter 10 dB during transmit. In receive state the attenuation is 0 dB. Fast power detector switch the attenuator on and off within 5 us. Power supply of the PCB can be 48V or 24V.

 CPE enclosure

Design of an enclosure for outdoor use with integrated antenna. Special requirement: the size must be acceptable for Dutch customers. Wall and mast mount are integrated with the enclosure. To reduce the height of the unit the antenna is designed to be influenced by the frond of the enclosure. Laser cut wall mount for smooth installation. Gain of the 2,4GHz antenna inside is 12 dBi.

Gold plated N connector
 
2,4Ghz and 5 Ghz antenna’s are connected by N-type connectors. These connectors are designed with full gold plated for durable and reliable connections. Designed for easy assembly with wrench 15 and 17. The inside of the N male and N female can easily swapped for reverse polarity type.

Cover design and production of an antenna from Stella Doradus. This cover is designed to improve the appearance. Rivets holes enables fast production of the antenna Injection molded in aluminum tooling for reducing cost.
